Harvest Assembly
Today at Morgann's school,they had invited all the parents out for their Harvest Assembly. The theme of the assembly was about Harvest. We sang a really neat song, "It Takes an Almighty Hand to make the harvest grow". All the classes did something special. Morgann's class sang a song about picking the harvest. Some of older classes quoted poems about the harvest. They also had a special speaker in to do the Children's talk. He was a minister from a church in Antrim. He spoke on the harvest and how we need to share the things we have. We need to be thankful for the things we have. God has given us so much including his Son, who died for our sins. It was really neat to see that the gospel was given in the assembly time. The kids all did a great job on the skit, songs, and poems that they put on today.
